Lexi Scanlon

Lexi Scanlon is a Master’s candidate in Climate and Society at the Columbia Climate School and the Graduate Research Assistant for the RCCP. Lexi received her B.A. in Political Science, her B.A. in Sociology, and her minor in Sustainability from Pepperdine University. She has worked in a variety of fields as a sustainable farmer, an op-ed staff writer for her undergraduate newspaper, a legal intern, and a climate fellow. She has focused her graduate work exploring themes of anti-capitalism, empathetic design, and food equity alongside her coastal resiliency research.
